Phillips 66 is conducting a week of maintenance at its Borger, Texas, refinery, Dow Jones Business News reports. The company said in a filing with state regulators an FCCU at the refinery is making process changes to optimize operation. The work is expected to end on the evening of April 18.
Meanwhile, Phillips 66’s Wood River, Illinois, refinery is returning to normal after the shutdown of TransCanada’s Keystone pipeline forced Phillips 66 to shut some units. TransCanada shut down the pipeline after it spilled tens of thousands of gallons of oil underground in South Dakota. The Canadian firm has since restarted the pipeline at reduced pressure.
