Citgo Petroleum and the government of Aruba have postponed the deadline for an agreement to restart the idled Aruba refinery, Reuters reports. The previous deadline of March 31 has been pushed back by six weeks. The refinery is set to begin hiring workers to repair and upgrade the refinery this month. The facility has been idle since 2012, when it was shut down due to low profitability.
