Phillips 66 officials are investigating a fire that broke out at its Billings, Mont., refinery on Wednesday. Via the Oil & Gas Journal, the fire at the refinery’s large crude unit was quickly extinguished, and there were no injuries. The company said data collected during air quality monitoring revealed that there were no offsite impacts.
