Exxon Mobil and BP have evacuated staff from Iraq as sectarian violence continues to rage in the northern part of the country. Energy experts fear oil prices could return to highs not seen since July 2008 if Iraq’s oil production suffers major disruptions. That has yet to happen, but Sunni militants have seized about 75% of Iraq’s largest oil refinery.
