PBF Energy abandoned an effort to restart its Delaware City, Delaware, refinery Monday after it discovered a leak in the FCCU. Via Reuters, PBF has also pushed up work on a 49,000-barrel-per-day coker at the refinery from mid-March to Feb. 11.
The refinery was shut down Jan. 23 due to a power outage brought on by a severe winter storm that blanketed the Midwest and Northeast with snow.
