Koch Pipeline Co. on Tuesday said it might restart a crude oil pipeline that would serve producers in the Eaglebine shale in Texas. The restart would include pipeline, storage and truck unloading stations in Burleson and Lee counties. Last year Koch restarted a 56-mile section of the system. The pipeline would restart this year.
