Cheniere Energy Inc. has signed precedent agreements with foundation shippers to support the construction of the 200-mile, 36-inch interstate natural gas Midship Pipeline project. The Midship project is being developed to create pipeline capacity of up to 1.4 million dekatherms per day of firm transportation. It is expected to consist of several laterals, compressor stations and interconnects that will provide receipts from processing plants and provide deliveries to Oklahoma, Atlanta, Texas and the Perryville Hub near Tallulah, Louisiana.
The project has secured commitments from Devon Energy Corp., Marathon Oil Corp. and Gulfport Energy Corp.
