PennTex Midstream has begun operating its new natural gas processing plant in Mt. Olive, Louisiana. The facility is the second plant of PennTex’s Terryville Complex, which now has 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas processing capacity. The first phase of the project, completed in May, included the 200-million-cubic-feet-per-day Lincoln Parish plant and 31 miles of natural gas pipelines.
The Mt. Olive plant has a 14-mile, 400-million-cubic-feet-per-day residue gas pipeline and a 41-mile, 36,000-barrel-per-day NGL pipeline.
