Targa and Sanchez have formed a $240 million joint venture to build a natural gas processing plant in La Salle County, Texas. Via FuelFix, the 200-million-cubic-feet-per-day plant will serve an Eagle Ford field owned by Sanchez. The companies will also build pipelines to connect to a natural gas gathering system Sanchez operates in the area. The plant is expected to start up by 2017.
