MIDLAND, Mich. — The Dow Chemical Co. board of directors recently elected Amy E. Wilson the company’s corporate secretary. Wilson was also named assistant general counsel. She replaces Charles J. Kalil in the role, who will continue as executive vice president and general counsel. Wilson continues to report to Kalil. Wilson was previously director of the Office of the Corporate Secretary.
