HOUSTON — Munoz Enterprises Inc. has made several recent organizational changes. The company has promoted Jorge Torres to operations manager of the Gulf Coast. Torres will be responsible for on-site operations management for tank cleaning and industrial services. Munoz has also named Bryan Perez its business development manager. Perez is responsible for developing sales tools and prospecting potential new clients. Bernardino “Dino” Garay has been promoted to project manager.
