Eco-Staff has added Carol Hinkle-Stultz as a recruiter for its new office in Winchester. Hinkle-Stultz comes to Eco-Staff with approximately six years of industry experience. She will be responsible for recruiting, screening and determining if candidates possess compatibility with clients' jobs and employment needs. She will also be responsible for visiting with clients on-site to ensure staffing needs are met.
