EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Henry Kusch, former general manager of Chevron’s Escravos Gas-to-Liquids Venture in Nigeria, has assumed the position of general manager of the El Segundo Refinery. Kusch replaces Frank Semancik, who has been appointed vice president of Chevron’s Complex Process Facilities in San Ramon, California.
