WICHITA FALLS, Texas — The Texas Alliance of Energy Producers (TAEP) has made some administrative changes.
John James Tintera, who has been a consultant with the alliance since 2012, has been appointed executive vice president, government relations. Tintera is the retired executive director and 22-year veteran of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
