Developed as part of GP Strategies’ planning and scheduling training program, this customizable game can be used as stand-alone training and combines a board game with real-world maintenance needs and obstacles. It uses a number of accelerated learning techniques to reinforce key concepts and lets participants see the power of planning and scheduling improvements first-hand.
Players are in control of electricians, mechanics, operators and contractors who move through four simulated workweeks over the course of the game.
