PITTSBURGH — Lewis-Goetz and ERIKS have introduced Advanced Sealing’s latest breakthrough in sealing technology in saltwater applications: MARINE-ONE. This product was developed based on the proven ALKY-ONE™ product for hydrofluoric acid, which has the most aggressive internal corrosion challenges in the sealing industry.
Material modifications to the ALKY-ONE™ were made to meet the demands of the saltwater environment. These changes include the utilization of stainless steel outer rings, Monel 400 cores and sealing faces made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene.
