HOUSTON — In an effort to assure continuous development of Nexus Global personnel, a training event was recently held in North Carolina and was attended by 50 of Nexus Global’s personnel. The event brought personnel from around the world to a common location to develop interpersonal skills and participate in hands-on exercises. The event was carried out in a team environment through the use of Planning Optimizer (ePOp) software. Overall, the event was extremely successful, as Nexus Global raised its team members’ competencies and awareness of solutions and what its clients are facing when it comes to change management. As a company, Nexus Global partners in safety with its clients and, in that respect, the company ended the day with 32 team members participating in a CPR/automated external defibrillator/first aid certification program.
